I am pretty sure it is 100% monitored. I had a team members who accidentally posted something on ChatGPT (which they weren't supposed to) and within minutes multiple different teams were notified and there was a response request triggered that I had to take care of. So I would suggest not doing anything like that.

Your reason is fine and should be, but as long as watching normal YT vids, it's all good I've been doing from years, just no 18+ stuff and it's always good.

Monitored - could be. Anyone cares - no! So no escalations and keep watching.

Monitored - Yes. Anyone cares - Not until they want to. No one will knock on your door until they really want to and hold it against you. I would just say there is no point in painting a target on your back when there is a lot going on firm wide.
