Is it fine to leave a workplace that you joined 4-5 months back?

Hi folks I’ve recently joined a company 4-5 months back and from the beginning the work culture has been very toxic and full of pressure as I’m working with VISA client that sits in Japan and is managed by another team who sits in Singapore so there is timezone issue since they are already 2.5 hours ahead and have fast paced project delivery timelines, plus they micromanage alot like every day I have to update them regarding action items I’ll be working for today and then what’s the eod status on the same before log off therefore many times I Feel so exhausted and stressed that I already regret joining this company and want to leave from here, my only concern is how this would look into my resume that I left a company within 4-5 months Let me know if anyone else experienced the same?
