Is it fine to join Google as SSE (L5) at 13 YOE?

Recently, I received an offer from Google for a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) role in the Google Cloud domain. I currently have 13 years of experience and am working as a Staff Software Engineer at Walmart.

Would joining Google now as a Senior SWE be good for my career growth, given my experience level? Also, with my years of experience, would I end up being the oldest SSE in the org? 😃

Would appreciate any suggestions!
