Is it fine to have gap between joining second company
While joining a new company how much gap is acceptable.. if we have 1 month gap between LWD and joining day of new company is that acceptable.whats the ideal gap.

Some people even take a 1 year gape for pursuing personal interest. If you have mentioned about it in your interview then it's fine
