Trending @Accenture; Is it fine if I had a call my friend on teams which is not in Accenture ? Can any any complaince issues might come?

We call clients using Teams so we're allowed to do so but it could cause compliance issues especially if it's some other IT firm or a client competitor firm

The other person is studying in USA, so it was the college id on teams. It just a video call. And that person is ex-employee of Accenture.

Why ypu want to call on company teams. Use whatsapp, zoom etc

But how is it possible to call someone else from your teams? Does it allow any outsider except your client and internal accenture folks?

Yes, it comes, in my case the other person messaged me first. It will come with [External] tag. But don't do it buddy.
