Is it fine if I do freelancing along with my parmenent job?
What is chance of getting caught. Recruiter is asking for adhar card for identification. Pan details are not required. And salary will be credited to my wife's account.

If your contract doesnt restricts you explicitly then you are good to go. Everyone should have backups since layoffs are trending and company doesn't care a sec before kicking us out, why should we think about them?
