Is it fake mail and call from recruiting team

I have just created a naukri profile and a person from recruiting team called me that they are from delloite and asked me general questions,

After that I received mail from @successfactors.com that we referred to this position , it seems like fishy

After that they asked me for passport size photo to send, which again sounds like a scam

anyone know if it is genuine ?
