Is it fair?

I thought Swiggy pays handsomely. But for someone with 2 years experience this is wt decent.

swiggy pays ~20 lpa for design freshers (iitian). non iitians get relatively much lesser amounts even if they have a similar skill level.

Wait a second. Weren’t they paying Associate level folks like 18Base straight out of college? This seems to be a serious lowball. But then again Swiggy has been doing this across roles (read about their engineering role changes. They fired almost every SWE and introduced ASWE role that pays crap when compared to SWEs.)

However, the market itself is not at its best at the moment. If you’re not in dire need to switch, would suggest you to continue interviewing.
