Trending @Wipro; Is it easy to jump from B1 to B2?

As the headline says, I'm in Wipro since 3Y2M now, I'm on the bench trying to look out for jobs, sadly no good luck. On the contrary I'm thinking I'll ask for the band change and stay in Wipro until I get the next job. Pls Advice
