Is it easy to apply for Green Card on L1 visa from TCS ?

I am getting L1 visa option to US. Is it easy to get approval for applying green card from TCS?

L1B to GC is difficult unless you’re able to convert to L1A/H1B later on. TCS offers GC for certain L1A and H1Bs depending on ISU and business requirements.

It might be 8 or it might be 2. Again nobody knows for sure but your BRM and CP/Sub Isu head has to push your name to start with. It has to be approved at corporate level and then the process gets started in batches. I would say please don’t have any expectations to start with. If it happens then good otherwise life goes on buddy!

Green card sure happens but approval from the employer is required. I don't know if that happens easily.

Overall GC window is lesser with L1. But TCS does not give approval easily as people for sure leave TCS upon getting GC. So No, Not really.
