Trending @Cognizant; Is it difficult to finalize the project while in PDP(bench) for M Level candidate? I am finding difficulties to finalize the project.

Usually projects won't release an M level candidate. A couple of months back we needed an M level candidate and we searched a lot and finally got 1 resource. Try to talk to your Program Manager, they will reassign you.

While releasing, they said they r having budget issue, in every 2 months they are releasing some senior resource (SA level) from the project. I don't understand if they don't have Budget forcast then why they r taking senior resource.
