Trending @Accenture; Is it confirmed that we don't have mid year hike, generally by this time we must have completed our ABCD reflection but till now no news on this. Does this mean no hike mid year?

As discussed with my manager no such information received from leadership team. Seems same story like last year December.

Guys do t spread false news. If you are due for promotion and your project has the budget an dyoyr performed well then they are definitely going to promote you no doubt just talk with your supervisor once.

Not sure about the mid year hike but yesterday I have filled my self reflection and for us today is the last day to update the self reflection on workday

But im writing abt my previous 6 months achievements and value etc etc as requested by lead last night

Recent email form our CEO Julie Sweet, that Accenture is doing good but we as individuals aren’t doing so good. Also she mentioned about macro economic condition etc.

I have been on project and have lots of work from client so payment would be also there then why does this macro economic condition holding me from appraisal !

By when they will talk about mid year hikes?....this month or next month

ABCD reflections are always done in the mnth June/July .mid year is only self reflections and feedback from supervisors

Mid year promotions are ongoing for only crying babies, but annual hikes look doubtful like last year

No stay at level increments. Only promotion or sub level movement budget is expected

It's just self reflection nothing to do with hike. As most of the projects already declared that there is no budget for next quarter. All the hike and promotion will be in new fiscal year so chill out
