Is it better to switch from tcs to accenture ?

What is pros and cons of working in accenture and tcs? I got offer from accenture of 14.5 lpa total and tcs is retaining with 11 lpa Should i stay back in tcs for a 1 year and then switch or switch to accenture now? I have 15 days left
