is it possible to move client organization? If yes please give the details to move
Most client have GCC in India who pay 60-70% for the same role you do. But they take only the best. So if you are doing great in the project and have got relationship with client managers there is good chance they will have an eye on you and absorb you. Sometimes it’s a mutually agreed between infosys and client, other times employees quit work somewhere for 6 months and then join the Clint organisation .

Very wrong comparison, you can’t foreign salary to INR and compare. But if you like to visit foreign countries and try and settle there and find better opportunities there then option 2. Else option 1.

From Infy onsite is on Sydney minimum I could get 75-80K AUSD per year
