Joining a political party is not banned by any organization. As long as the party doesn't pay you. Joining one has other issues, like if your manager is opposed to that party then he might act shitty. If any problem arises in the future, they will dig up this as an issue. In corporate world, people rarely give feedback when the issue happens, at some future day, when things go wrong, they will point out all past mistakes.

Our outside life should never be known inside the company. Where we shit or whom we sleep with is our headache. Those corporate fuckers need not know.
