Is it a right time to quit April for azure data engineer. I have 90days notice period not getting calls. Hope i get good offer in notice

I'm not in notice period. Need to know if market is good now. Also is it a myth people apply resignation and then get job. Because of 90 days notice period I'm not getting calls
