Well I have 4 Years experience in SAP with CTC 13LPA.
Resigned -> Studied -> cracked RRB Scale 2 IT officer exam
Salary will be 12LPA+
Whats your opinion?
If you already got the rrb job , then its meaningless question.

Comparing Government with private.
As per most of the posts here it looks like wrong idea (package wise) 😂
Because of age factor, now you can enter govt job and if you dont like, you can come back and easily crack jobs(compared to cracking govt job). Suppose if you wont join now, once that age limit is crossed, then there wont be any choice.
Once we cross some age, anybody wants some job security/peace of mind. That we won't get in the private sector that easily.
There may be other pros and cons on both sides.
I know you will ultimately join the govt sector. (if you really got it). Maybe you are cross checking it.
Once you join, you can try cracking IES as well.
With folded hands 🙌 i pray to you to join Govt job, its a bloodbath in private sector, every now and then some nuking job layoffs and that constant sword Of AI hamging over head, at 40 years of age you are fcked in private sector, dont get blinded by one in a thkusand success story of private secotr employee
I am also in SAP, its good but not good enough to sleep peacefully at night.
If you are in BASIS then they make sure you won't sleep at night ðŸ˜
At least now u need not to worry abt layoff.
