Is it a red flag if…

Your leadership emphasise how people worked nights or weekends to get something done. Like they pick problems and timeline which can only be done by people stretching themselves out and that’s what gets celebrated? I am confused whether it’s a red flag or nice thing to call out the efforts people put into. I am starting to see this as a red flag as it shows that the normal work you do has no impact and only thing worth celebrating is to undertake work beyond your normal hours (not voluntary btw). Curious what things are celebrated or emphasised while celebrating in your company?

Red flags for sure, those who are working overnight are either seniors with no use Team-leads or either manager bootlicker. Experienced same at Thrillophilia.
