Is it a HR's call to opt for buyout or early release in NP??

I got allocated to a project without intimation and skill doesn't align so I requested project manager, RMG and HR for release but no help. So I have resigned, and asking for early release since I'm not a primary Teammate and no dependency on me in project. But no response from HR.

Any idea how to deal with this and get early release and if not early release can I get buyout option ?? Is it a employee call or HR/management call ??

try to get unallocated from the project and go into RMG....you will get released in 10-15 days.

My allocation is till July , is there chance to extend if they wanna trouble me??

yes they can extend ..tell them not to extend it ..convince them..give any reason medical or any sort and convince the project team,HR that you need early release
