Is it a good time to switch as a Product Manager
As PM are usually hired well in advance to build the talent pipeline in comparison to dev, is this a good time to switch companies. I NOW that are layoffs are happening but I also see some job postings

Companies which used to do quarterly planning are now struggling to plan a month ahead. Critical projects in pipeline have been sidelined for things that ensure sustainance all in desperate measure to stay afloat in this time.

The market is in tough shape and hr are asking to come at same pay or bare minial raise. Be careful if the HR promises 30-50%raise, a high chance of ghosting after interview rounds
