Always a good time to join a growing startup. Just make sure you are up for insane working hours and demanding situations.

Good to join for the short term certainly.

For the long term you have to see if it is good or not.

The way they are quickly raising rounds after rounds seems a little risky to me but I might be entirely wrong here.
