Is it a good idea to switch

Hi I am currently working as an ASE in accenture I have 2 years of experience but the thing is I am in project bench these whole 2 years… So I learnt .Net technology and had attended few interviews and got selected in deloitte with 8lpa package so is it a good idea to switch because I don’t have real time experience ? I don’t want to take risk as I am the only person earning in my family I have a fear of loosing job… Can I survive in deloitte with zero experience
