Is it a good idea to look into a pega project?

I joined tcs through PEGA technology and I have good knowledge and achievements in that. I used to be scared of coding so I learnt and joined tcs as a systems Engineer directly.

Now I joined a java full stack project (as RMG forces) where I'm struggling and not getting interested in learning but somehow managing and doing the work. Day by day I'm feeling so bad about how I'm doing the work and comparing myself with other people who joined me( entirely from a coding background).

I don't know whether to take risks and leave the current project and look for a PEGA project or just have to adjust in this and try my best or wait in this project and shift to other company after 1 year into PEGA project?

I really need suggestions as it's already been 1 year.
