Is it a good idea to kidnap my coworker?
He interfares in my job a lot. Taunts me every then and now. Has more interest in my Gym schedule than his work. He's on same designation as me, but keeps giving me order to do this and that (which I offcourse ignore)
What to do with such kind of low grade people.
I had a colleague like that who had daddy issues. I had just recently joined the company and somehow she was after my life. I too was a hot headed bum so won't take kindly to any of her remarks and would often indulge in a fight. Complained to my BU head many times but nothing changed. Eventually she kind of turned into a good friend and mellowed down the b*#ch attitude.
I don't have a solution for you but I would say that if it's a girl try to keep distance as much as possible. You don't want the HR mess. If it's a dude, just give it back to him. Do him proper every time you think he is crossing the line. Since you both are dudes at the same level noone would give ratass about it.
Just want to see something, are you a women or a man ?
If by any chance I was female, I would have logged POSH against him by now.
I want to scare the shit out of him. And let him know his limites. I'm very frustrated with his behaviour and taunts.
