Is it a good decision to take 30-40lac loan at age 26?

I want to buy a house costing around 50-60lac. I am 26 year old. Earning around 1.5L per month. Is it a right decision for me to go with 30-40lac loan for 20yrs? If not, how I plan this goal?

Yes, for me and my parents. But if i change the company I alone might have to relocate to office location preferably Pune. Right now working from home.
