IS IT A BAD IDEA TO LEAVE TCS AFTER WORKING FOR ONE YEAR?

If you feel you're ready for a career upgrade, then yes. In my opinion, don't settle for another TCS (WITCH). If you switch, better make sure it's bring significant change to your work as well as your personal life. Experience doesn't matter, as long as you're fulfilling the above criteria.

It's always good decision to leave tcs. Because the team has failed to give the environment needed for the people to survive with good learning and good opportunity. Rather than just rot and be safe
