Is Intervue platform genuine? Are interviewers vetted thoroughly?

Recently had an interview with 'intervue' platform, as a screening round for a non-tech company. The interviewer was quite rude. They showed constant perceived bias, misconduct, and rude professional demeanor.

It makes me wonder, are the interviewer's properly vetted before giving such tasks to evaluate a candidate?

From what I understand, they take some freelance interviewers and act them as "professional interviewers".

Is it only me or anyone else faced the same?
