Trending @Cognizant; Is internal switch possible?

Joined cognizant in Feb 2022, training was given in pega. But got allocated to a different project which is completely new. No work was given, just kt's are given initially. Been in that project till nov 2023. I'm not even promoted since I was on bench. Recently, got allocated to a project related to pega prpc, but I have no interest in this technology. Started learning aws and devops. Is internal switch to another technology possible? I'm a P with 2.52LPA.
