Trending @Accenture; Is Internal switch from SAP to UI/UX role possible?

I’m currently working on an SAP project, but my core interest lies in UI/UX design. It’s been about a year since I joined the organization as a fresher, and over time I’ve realized that my current role no longer aligns with my long-term career goals. I’m keen to explore the possibility of an internal transition into a creative role and would like guidance on available trainings or certifications to formally upskill in UI/UX. I already have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in this domain from personal learning during college and after joining. I’d also appreciate insights on how to get exposure to UI/UX-related projects internally and contribute in a role that better matches my interests and strengths.
