Trending @Infosys; Is infosys tag ruining my chances?

I currently will complete 4 years at Infosys in August. I'm been trying to score interviews since mid Feb 2025. Have scored only 2 interviews till now that too one was in service based and one in a very small startup.

I've been applying daily to atleast 20 applications on average tailoring my resume for some of them to increase my chances but still why is it so hard to get interviews. I'm just really frustrated now. I see many others on linkedin switching and sharing interview experiences. I don't know what is going wrong for me? Is it the service based tag filtering me out??
