There is always the analogy of the bird & the tree.. Company is not your strength.. Your skillset is..

But again as a fellow ***er I know they have long clipped our wings.. if you are less than 5 YOE you have time to take risk..

Make a move and accept this challenge. Don't be too worried about firing. You learn most in the challenging situations. Don't focus much on organization. Focus on the skills. And Infy is not small. They have many projects. But definitely switch from support mindset and work to DevOps mindset.
