Is increment in Hcl related to the band ?
I joined hcl with 6+ year experience and I’m in band E1 Now I’m 9 year experience but my band is still E1 and didn’t get any hike in 3 year and reason is not know they says performance is good but there might be other factors at organisation level. One of the suspected reason they gave that I might be in maximum salary bracket of my band.
What should I do ? Do I need to ask them to promote me so that my band will be change ?

What is HCL's designation hierarchy?
So I'm trying to figure out HCL's designation hierarchy and I'm a bit lost. Can someone explain the difference between E2 and E3 bands? Like, is a senior tech lead more technical or management-focused? Thanks.
