Is increment in Hcl related to the band ?

I joined hcl with 6+ year experience and I’m in band E1 Now I’m 9 year experience but my band is still E1 and didn’t get any hike in 3 year and reason is not know they says performance is good but there might be other factors at organisation level. One of the suspected reason they gave that I might be in maximum salary bracket of my band.

What should I do ? Do I need to ask them to promote me so that my band will be change ?

Instead of trying to change the band, leave the organisation, it's not worth it. They don't deserve you bro. For 6+ yrs you should've been given E2.2 i think

For 10 years, you should be at least 25-30 LPA. Prepare yourself and start giving interviews. You can easily get in that range

I was in the same scenario... only step I took was I spoke to HR and he said the same response which you got and he himself initiated resignation on my behalf and threw me out...they don't deserve hard workers...only mouth chattering people are required
