Trending @Infosys; Is IJP a scam ?
I wanted to enter another domain from my current domain so I applied for multiple IJPs. None of the hiring manager even cared to contact me, let alone taking an interview. And now all of the IJP are expired.
If they don't have any slots for promotion.. they will create IJP and fill internally
Firstly directly contact the Hiring manager, discuss with him/her and than apply. There are many hiring managers that genuinely want to hire. I have taken IJP last month and moved on to JL5A from JL4A.
Yes it's a scam ..because if you are selected then for 2 years ijp portal will be frozen for you which means you can't apply for 2 years whether you are liking the job or not
