Is Ibm 7b band bench 30 days ??

In Ibm offer letter mentioned needs to be redeployed in a project within 30 days.YOE-8 years and band -7b tech stack AZURE DE.is that something very strict or just going to hamper our utilisation , I am yet to join! I need some feedback from you guys. Other offers I have is Genpact -25lpa fixed +2.45 va Ltimindtree - 26 lpa fixed +2.76 va Trdence -30 lpa Naggaro -30 lpa Epam -29 lpa fixed ( have to relocate to Hyderabad)

On other hand Genpact seems to be more stable and secure than IBM but culture is better in IBM as I heard. Do they have enough projects. I was hired for a project but not sure if that project still active. Please provide your feedback.
