Seems so.

They need to find excuses to not give any hike ... if they are able do so for 3L employees for just 5k... it is huge saving for the company.

For filks who have resigned, ppl are beign asked to pay for not attending full office for 9 hrs in pady months, and instead of company paying anything, they are asked to return back in lakhs!
