Mexico is not safe.. brazil is okay but both places savings are not in par with europe, us and UK , Singapore

Saving is less compared to Europe or USA. If u want to choose between Mexico and Brazil then go for Mexico. Only issue is security. Crime is on high side in Mexico. Not only Mexico it is everywhere in South America.
