Is getting masters part time in a US university while working in an Indian company a good idea.

I am a 23 year old and I do want to settle abroad but I personally think the job market is bad to let go of my current job and go for masters in USA. What would be better? Finish online masters and try to find a SWE job abroad or move for masters and try to find a job.

PS: I want to consider the financial investment being made here

Online masters won't help much afaik. My friends are doing directly full time and that's helped

Even from a good reputed institution? Like Georgia tech or Cornell?

Online masters look all fraud, Indian guys seem to have tied up with US universities and doling out degrees like potatoes!

I was wondering if it’s possible worth it to get from a proper ivy league university, not any tied up university
