Is freelacing considered as moonlighting in Infosys or any other companies?

Hi fishers, Recently I was interviewed for associate consultant role Infosys. Today I received BGV mail where they are asking to login to my itr account and epfo account. So when I logged in I was seeing Chegg in employee history where I worked as a subject matter expert along with my full time. Do they consider it as moonlighting? No pf account in Chegg as it is contract based they fetched through form 26A. Could anyone clarify. Thanks
