Is Flirting important skill for Product Manager?

Since PMs know nothing on tech and can't even write SQL, and barely get any respect from SDE1s etc? Have you found PMs resort to healthy flirting to get help in office? Do you think it's a mandatory skill each PM should have? If not flirting then shameless pampering?

I m in final year, SQL aur analytics to aati hai , and ux bhi aati hai , i think I need to upskill myself in this too to be somewhat a good product manager 🙂
