Trending @Accenture; Is Fast track promotion is Closed in Accenture Using Techleap Exam?

I wanted to know that fast track promotion is closed or not as i heard that it is closed using techleap exam. So what to do for getting promotion then? Will they promote me after completing 2 years? Which is default promotion in Accenture?

They keep on telling no more default promotions. Previously it used to be after 2yrs but now it wont happen. TBH they r telling they will not promote us 🤧
