Is fake experience and backdoor jobs real?

I know some people are doing it but have you ever witnessed those things? Is that real? And has it ever happened in your company? I feel jealous whenever I see those people They are getting a higher salary than me even though they are from the back door and fake experience 😔

Yes I have witnessed, it was a well executed plan by my friend for a sales role. He showed fake exp and then gave his friend phone number as HR and as his manager. His friend talked to the new companies HR apparantly made them believe that all of this was geniune. I guess that speaks to his selling skills, guy literally sold himself at any cost.🤣
