Is Facing Anxiety is a problem?

I have been facing anxiety issues in my daily life, especially while working at the office or even during simple activities like going to the movies. I am currently pursuing my master’s in distance learning, and after returning from work at around 6:30 PM, I often feel mentally drained.

I have already tried several methods such as meditation, yoga, and playing sports, but unfortunately, they did not help me much in reducing my anxiety levels. This makes me worried about whether my anxiety could affect my career growth or my personal development in the long run.

👉 My question is:

  1. Is facing anxiety in these situations considered a serious problem for career and personal growth?

  2. Are there any effective alternatives beyond meditation and yoga that you personally have found helpful in overcoming anxiety?

  • Everyone deserves a living free of worries. With or without a great career. So acknowledge that you deserve it rather than trying to fix it for your career.

  • Unless one has mental problems from the beginning or caused by a life event, most of those are caused by poor physical health. Vitamin deficiencies, lack of micro nutrients or hormonal imbalances. Eat better, sleep well and seek medical help if required.

  • Yoga, meditation and exercises should work. There is no way you feel low when your testosterone is pumped up with strength training. There is no way you can feel anxiety when your energy channels are cleared and balanced with yoga and meditation. Do it correctly, seek professional help if required.

Anxiety issues...due to what exactly? Try identifying and understanding the root cause...maybe journal ur thoughts at the end of each day...face ur deepest fears and rise above them...keep going...pray if u believe in God...don't give up and God willing u will find a way

You can try reiki healing. It helps in releasing old trapped energy and balances chakras. I have tried it personally and improved my mental health.

Living with anxiety can be very stressful in itself, aggregating the symptoms even more. Usual stress here and there is normal, we all have that.. but constant stress and the kind of anxiety you expressed, is not normal.
Please consult a good psychiatrist. If you need any referral for good psychiatrist I can help, my close relative is a renowned doctor in Blore.
Please do not take any medication without proper advice from an MD (psychiatry) doctor, as the meds can damage kidney etc.
Also, additionally please watch out for your online content consumption everyday, that is one factor commonly ignored (which contributes largely)!
