Trending @HCL; Is EPB and Performance Bonus is same ?

Is EPB the same as a Performance Bonus? My CTC includes a Performance Bonus of ₹1.20 lakh, and I joined HCL on 1st September 2025. Just wondering if this recent change will be applicable to me ?

EPB is a monthly variable component not yearly.

I feel they will reduce some about buy increase yearly varible pay to have similar percentage for all . I don't see them adding all EPB to Fixed

I think there will not be much changes in your ctc. Only flexi changes.
