Is early release possible in TCS.?

Hi all,

I want to know is early release is possible or not if someone will be on bench .? If yes will they do advance payment of 90 days .?

Please reply if you have any idea about the same.

It's much easier when on bench than if you were in a project.
Yes, they pay in advance. But it really depends on whom you're reporting to and the HR.
