my manager is ok, if I leave since I don't have much work from 1 year, maximum how many days I need to serve notice period?
These days, if you are not actively working on projects, can get early release with in a week

Yes, you can leave within a week. If manager approves for early release. Just initiate e-seperation. It will work. Only applicable if you don’t have any work in that project/ you’re on bench.
If you are on probation, your notice period is only 30 days. If you completed probation, the notice period will be three months.
Ask him release , yes it is possible. After release you will go to bench , there the notice period is 30 days only then you can decide whether to wait for an other project or resign and switch.
Bro I am on bench still they want me to serve 90 days notice period....🥺
