As a recent graduate and Dynamics 365 developer, I'm seeking advice on whether to continue in this career or explore other domains. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Its a CRM, mostly you would be developing apps on top of the platform using prebuilt tools from msft, check how it fares with regards to salesforce platform wise, gartner magic quadrant is a nice reference for industry demand. Overall it can be a rewarding career path if learn the msft stack along with it.
