I am a NGA and I was just tagged in many projects but didn't get any work there .so I completed 2 external certifications in my domain. so is this certification enough to save me from termination. It's worthy or not

Yes you need to be billable in any project, whether you like or don't like the work

Sorry but no you have to be deployed and get billable as straight and harsh it may sound but it's the fact.
