Is digital profile upgradation from ninja depends on wfo(work from office) index?

I have recently cleared all assessments of wings1 and hoping for compensation letter of digital profile. But unfortunately I couldn't able to maintain wfo index because of personal reason. Is it digital profile upgradation depends on WFO index?
