I got C band and I have cleared digital exam. Is this impact on my salary as in compensation letter they mention digital salary?

Yes… Just got a B band after C.. your elevate incentives part will not be included in your up coming salary.. Your CTC will remain same with the hike you got until you get a A/B band in next further cycle..
